In this day and age of changing technology, we find that our patients are very interested in what is happening in the hearing health arena. We like to keep our patients informed and updated when new products are introduced. It is also very important to us that they are pleased with our service and the hearing aids they select.

2009 Recap

I wanted to stop and take a moment to once again express my sincere thanks to everyone who honored us with their business in 2009. I know that this has been a trying year with the economic conditions that continue to be a part of all of our lives.

All of us at Audiology and Hearing Aid Center focus on making your experience with us positive, informative and comfortable. With all that is happening with the economy today, we strive to offer you the best product, service and value for your dollar.

Looking back, 2009 continued to be a year of change for Audiology and Hearing Aid Center, with some very interesting developments:
  • We now have a Facebook page! During December, we launched our Facebook page and we encourage our fans to comment and share their experiences. We know that people of all ages have questions about their hearing health and we are always interested to know what our patients think and feel about their hearing instruments.   • We have closed our Phoenix satellite office. I have had the pleasure of serving many of our patients on Wednesdays at the 5040 N. 15th Avenue location in Phoenix since the mid 1980s. But, because many of my loyal patients now visit me at one of our Scottsdale offices when it is more convenient for them, Monday through Friday, we closed our Phoenix location in December. Thank you to all my Phoenix patients for your loyal patronage and I look forward to seeing you in Scottsdale.

  • We have moved our Balance and Dizziness Clinic to North Scottsdale. If you experience symptoms of dizziness or problems with balance, you may have some difficulties with the inner ear. At our North office, we now offer a sophisticated and advanced diagnostic evaluation to assist you with getting past these challenges. There are many ways to treat this problem and Dr. Monica Morgan will work with you to get to the cause and offer a solution!

  • We are excited to announce a Breakthrough Innovation Event coming February 3rd, 4th and 5th. All of our audiologists believe that improved hearing can dramatically enhance the quality of your life. At this event, our audiologists will show you the latest innovative breakthroughs during a private consultation. In addition, technical advisors from manufacturers will be on hand to provide demonstrations. Receive your complimentary hearing screening at our event and discover a new world of hearing!   • We continue to offer Educational Seminars at each Scottsdale office throughout the month. Just go to our website at www.azhearingaid.com to sign up.
